I am a software engineer with 8+ years of experience in diverse tech roles. I have led cross-functional teams, developed SaaS platforms, devised business strategies, improved communication, and implemented process improvements. I have also managed projects, developed fintech solutions, designed interfaces, and directed app development. My last position was at Fidu, formerly known as Blended but essentially the same company. I spent a total of 8 years with Blended/Fidu, witnessing its expansion from 5 people (including myself) to over 50. This journey allowed me to accumulate diverse professional experiences, starting from technical roles and evolving into more product and business-oriented responsibilities. I'm consistently recognized for my adaptability and quick learning. Vetted Database developer in Argentina (UTC-3)

Hello everyone! I am Bruno Ledesma, a software engineer from Argentina. Graduated from Universidad Austral. My experience spans Software Engineering, Programming, Backend and Frontend Programming, Web Services, distributed systems. Nowadays I'm interested in shifting to Scala because is my favorite programming language. I've always been attracted to how it attempts to combine functional paradigm with OOP. However, my 'official' working experience is based in Java because of the positions I've been in. I'm playing around with some little projects with Scala just for practicing. Also, I used Scala in a couple of projects during college where I first known about it. As a software engineer, it is vital to keep evolving, stay tuned, to the most recent developments, cutting edge technology, and working paradigms. Fortunately, I consider myself a fast-learner and an open-minded person who is focused on giving the best in every environment I'm currently working on. I'm passionate about sharing everything I read and learn with my colleagues and teammates, but also, about actively listening to new ideas, approaches, and critiques.

Vetted Database developer in Argentina (UTC-3)

I live in Buenos Aires, Argentina, I've been a developer since 1998 and a full stack web developer since 2004, I have 19 years as a web developer, with languages like PHP (19+ yrs.), Javascript (19+ yrs.), NodeJS (4+ yrs.), VueJS (5+ yrs.), ReactJS (2+ yrs.), I also have a college degree in System Analysis from UTN. I have worked in many industries and many different companies with its peculiarities, I'm an active listener so I can offer the best solution for your needs and objectives. I truly love development. I get excited every time my favorite languages and tools release a new feature. I love to learn new things, so sometimes I go on and on talking about development all day with my dev friends. In 2012 I co-founded a startup called aluGuest (it was operative until 2017), a platform for temporary accommodation rental. I built the architecture for aluGuest from zero. I was able to gather a small but solid team for both web development and design to solve our needs, at the time, ReactJS, VueJS or even Node did not exist yet, or they were in very early stages (beta versions or prior), so I built a solid platform using jQuery, PHP, MySQL and MongoDB, the platform was very fast and bullet proof, to process credit cards and handle money, we didn't have any security breached and the code built was very robust. Later in 2017 I learned VueJS. I become part of several projects using it. I participated in a very large VueJS project for the Argentina government (a Transportation Agency), and other private held companies’ projects in the most diverse applications, I also rebuild my ex partner's (from aluGuest) company’s ecommerce platform (a small temp apartment rental agency in Buenos Aires) Welcome2BA, using NuxtJS (a VueJS framework) and PHP 7. In the latest years I worked with ReactJS, NextJS and some minor VueJS projects. I also worked in backend creating APIs and batch applications in NodeJS and PHP. I have more to share, so I hope we can meet soon.

Why hire a Database developer?

In today’s world, most companies have code-based needs that require developers to help build and maintain. For instance, if your business has a website or an app, you’ll need to keep it updated to ensure you continue to provide positive user experiences. At times, you may even need to revamp your website or app. This is where hiring a developer becomes crucial.

Depending on the stage and scale of your product and services, you may need to hire a Database developer, multiple engineers, or even a full remote developer team to help keep your business running. If you’re a startup or a company running a website, your product will likely grow out of its original skeletal structure. Hiring full-time remote Database developers can help keep your website up-to-date.

Some factors to consider when you hire Database developers include the platform’s specialty, developer’s geographical location, and the service’s customer support. Depending on your hiring budget, you may also want to compare the pricing and fee structure.

A job description’s key elements include a clear job title, a brief company overview, a summary of the role, the required duties and responsibilities, and necessary and preferred experience. To attract top talent, it's also helpful to list other perks and benefits, such as flexible hours and health coverage.

Crafting a compelling job title is critical as it's the first thing that job seekers see. It should offer enough information to grab their attention and include details on the seniority level, type, and area or sub-field of the position.

Your company description should succinctly outline what makes your company unique to compete with other potential employers. The role summary for your remote Database developer should be concise and read like an elevator pitch for the position, while the duties and responsibilities should be outlined using bullet points that cover daily activities, tech stacks, tools, and processes used.
