Spring Boot developer in Australia (UTC+10)
Dear Hiring Manager, I would like to apply for a Full Stack Developer position. I have completed my Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Engineering at Yildiz Technical University in Turkey with 3.45/4.0 GPA. I am currently studying English in Sydney to improve my level. I took an active role in the GIS (Real Time Operating System) project at TU ̈B ̇ITAK-B ̇ILGEM for three years. I was the leader of a team of 5 people for 6 months. In this project, I gained experience and competence in areas such as algorithm design, improvement and analysis. I have improved in multithreaded programming. Being in a large-scale project enabled me to gain experience in all stages of the software development process (requirement-design-coding-test). I also proved my important social skills such as taking initiative and teamwork. I developed a full-stack web application for a construction company. This application is an ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) system where the company manages the sales and delivery of apartments. There are authorization roles in the application. The manager of the company can assign certain roles and authorization (sales consultant, accounting, access to folders, adding files, deleting files, etc.) when adding a new employee to the system. There is folder management in the system where employees can create folders, upload files and download files. Employees with sales consultant role can add a new flat to the system. After the sale is completed, the system creates 7 sales documents in pdf format and sends these documents via e-mail. Sold flats are delivered through the system by the delivery personnel. Employees and managers can assign tasks to each other and send meeting requests. I utilized React, Springboot and Neo4j for developing my application. The system has been active for about 2 years. I also worked as a part-time student at Yıldız Technical University Smart Systems Laboratory, where I took part in an academic research project that detects benign and malware. I had the opportunity to develop an Artificial Intelligence project with word embedding and classification algorithms. In addition to this, I did an internship in HAVELSAN’s Data Science Team in the summer of 2020. We developed two projects called Graphitage and The Librarian with a team of 7 people. We won first and second places among 12 projects in the competition organized by HAVELSAN. I have gained experience in how to form a project from its initial idea to its final product, including marketing and project management. At the same time, I used and learned React, Spring Boot, Neo4j, Swagger, Docker and Top2Vec technologies. As an engineer, I would like to state that I am extremely committed to being efficient and fast in business life and that I want to take on the responsibility of this position with curiosity and enthusiasm. I think your institution will provide me with extensive knowledge and experience to adopt and learn different technologies. Thank you for your time. I look forward to hearing from you soon. Kind Regards, Onur Oztunc

Spring Boot developer in Australia (UTC+10)
I've been working as a backend developer on RESTful APIs and associated web stacks for 8 years. I bring a commitment to quality code to any project. My experience has taught me to be language agnostic - I've worked in C++, Java, and Ruby to name a few, and can pick up others quickly - but I have a strong preference for Ruby due to its concise simplicity and ease of use. I pride myself on having delivered software that keeps utilities and communication systems functioning at peak performance. I am constantly seeking to learn and expand my skillset - systems design and security are some of my areas of interest.
