Since I was a child I enjoyed helping my classmates. The same in University and in the jobs I had. Like many codementors here I am a master of the art but what differentiates me is that I find it one of the most fulfilling experiences in life is to mentor. It forces me everyday to be the best version of myself, to use all my communication skills, all I know about teaching. I believe everybody should have a mentor, not only programmers. Today I help colleagues with less experience tackle a wide range of machine learning , data science and software engineering problems.
