I'm the one developer that you search for , when all other developers , including the extra 10 developers that you hired for that specific task , but all failed on making it work. This was the case for multiple times, on even fields that I would not call me myself "I know " . \* When you have a bug on your ??? script and If you ask me if I know ??? , I will say no , and still I will fix it in a competitive time compared to others . I know what's going on at hardware level when I implement some function to fetch data. I know mongodb will use memory very inefficiently when indexed , even if it is not discussed anywhere on the internet , and people just upgrading the nodes , adding new ones , distributing the data to multiple servers , and believe it is "how to handle the performance". \* I'm the one developer to warn you about "what will go wrong" at the beginning to make you reconsider starting the project , and possibly cancel it. Some people call it "requirements engineering" , if you want to google it. What happens if feature <10 - A> is impossible to implement using the resources you have , and you realize it after 10 months ? What if what you thought is impossible , was actually possible ?... \* If you ask me if I can fix it, or can implement it , I won't be sure. If you assign the task , you will very possibly get it done soon. \* If your project has some "experimental" features that not yet exist , or you don't know if some features would be possible , you should hire me . However , if everything seems just straightforward , like implementing a simple website with common features with react , you should try to avoid me , as I will be less efficient than many others in that case. I need challenges to hyperfocus ! When there's no challenge , I get bored and inefficient. Those above are written on real world experiences , what I experimented and tried to improve for more than 20 years. By the way , fullfilling my CV or resume is a very difficult task for me . I will be updating it over time , but it will always be missing many many details while you are hiring me.
