Vetted Stripe developer in Spain (UTC+2)

I'm a **full-stack developer** in **web, mobile, and desktop**. And I'm looking for a company with new and promising software products that can potentially change the world in some area. I have **five years of experience** in software development, mainly in **React** for web, **Flutter** for mobile and desktop, and **Typescript** using **NodeJS** for the backend. I also have strong knowledge about **architecture** and **DevOps**. In my last job, I was the maximum responsible for developing an app called FlashMed that has been very successful inside the health care world among Spanish speakers and has scaled to 50 thousand active users. I have worked in the app backend, the desktop and mobile apps, and multiple web applications related to this and other apps. I am very interested in **microservices, micro-frontends, and modularity** approaches. And I like to learn and apply new technologies, such as what I've done in previous projects with GraphQL for APIs, **Prisma** for data modeling in databases, **NextJS** for Production React apps, or **Strapi** for Headless CMS. I love to **write clean code** that others can understand fast. I think user experience and frontend design are essential, and I always work hard on this. I like the **whole perspective of the product**, from the servers to the fonts and icons. On the one hand, as I have also been responsible for product development and user feedback in different apps, I'm firmly encouraged to **think about the user** while coding. But also, as I have been responsible for paying the bills of servers, I have learned to optimize and build **performant backends**. Inside the backend, my main expertise areas are **Javascript** and **NodeJS**. I have more than **five years** of experience using these technologies. I usually write in Typescript, as I prefer strongly typed languages. And some technologies I use daily are GraphQL and Express, Prisma and PostregrSQL, MongoDB and Mongoose, Jest or Mocha for testing, and Redis. I also have experience working with third-party integrations: for example, I have developed an entire backend to handle Stripe webhooks, mail sending APIs, and mail relays with Mailgun and Postmark, integrations with Instagram, Facebook, Twitter and Telegram, and AppStore and Google Play webhooks for in-app purchases. I also have experience with **Python**. Indeed, it is the first programming language I learned. I have coded several projects in Python: for example, an integration with bank account APIs like Wise to automate revenue reporting, an invoice generator, and recurrent workers to automate backups. In addition, I have experience in data science applications with Tensorflow and Keras for machine learning. I have talked about the backend, but it is in the frontend where I can shine even more. I work with React and Flutter every day on multiple projects. I use React for most web apps and Flutter for all iOS, Android, macOS, and Windows apps. I usually use **React** for the web frontend, but I've also used VueJS in some projects. I've worked in creating React libraries, using **Storybook** for component mocking and testing, **Tailwind** for CSS, and other UI libraries like **MaterialUI**, Tailwind components, NextUI... Apart from React libraries, I have built complete web projects in production, mainly with **NextJS** and some with **GastbyJS**. These projects are multiple. For example, I have created a Community Forum, an Influencer Marketing platform, a knowledge center, customer dashboards, checkout pages, and a gift card activation page. Also, multiple Admin dashboards to handle customer feedback, banking and invoice dashboard, and many others. So I have great experience in designing beautiful interfaces. And lastly, the technology I have more experience with is **Flutter**. I think I was one of the first to deploy complete, serious, and complex Flutter apps in production four years ago in both **Android, iOS, and iPadOS**, a few months after the Flutter team released their stable beta for mobile. And then, I deployed **MacOS** apps two years ago when desktop support was still in beta. And finally, I deployed an app in **Windows** a year ago made with Flutter. The most significant and complex app I have developed in Flutter is FlashMed, an app made for Physicians and Medicine students. It is an app in which users download a set of flashcards to learn multiple subjects. Each flashcard is like a question and answer card to learn a piece of data; users usually download 20 thousand flashcards. The app registers every interaction the user makes with every bit of knowledge, tells the user every second what to study next, selects the data with more risk of being forgotten, and analyzes a lot of different user inputs giving the student multiple ways to improve their performance: showing graphics and recommendations. This app involved many complexities, such as machine learning, mixing an in-app subscription model with a website single-purchase model or handling the cache to improve mobile apps' performance. Indeed, I think the most difficult challenge I had to overcome was when we implemented a service where we sent each student a PDF every week with like 15 pages of insight into their performance, as we had to ingest and analyze more than a million reviews each day to send those reports by email to those users. I've created some other apps in AppStore, such as Desgloses, a question bank, and MedRocket, a complete chat solution for a previous company I worked in, where I learned about sockets. I'm used to working with several technologies in Flutter: - **Firebase** ecosystem and APIs for the backend, using Firebase Auth for authentication, Firestore for user records, Firebase Storage for images and videos, Firebase analytics, Machine Learning integrations..., and many different Firebase products. - **SQLite** - **In-app-purchases** I use **Git, Github, and GitLab** daily. And all my projects have Gitlab **Pipelines** or GitHub actions to automate testing and deployment. I have been responsible for deployment in all the projects I've worked on. In the mobile and desktop world, I have much experience in compiling apps and dealing with **AppStore**, **Google Play**, and **Microsoft** platforms for developers. From the web perspective, I have deployed in many places. From **FAAS** platforms, like Cloud Functions and Lambda, **PAAS** platforms like App Engine, Heroku, Vercel, ..., and **Virtual Machines** in Google Cloud Run, Compute Engine, EC2, and DigitalOcean. However, when dealing with projects getting scale and not very critical, I prefer **Virtual Private Servers** like in Hetzner and Vultr to optimize costs. Indeed I also have experience in the DevOps world. In the first place, this is because I have been responsible for deploying hundreds of Dockerized projects. So I know how to manage **Docker** instances very well. And also have experience deploying **Kubernetes** in production. And all this has taught me a lot about deploying complete projects in a **VPS**, securing de Linux server, installing the **NGINX**, **deploying and managing databases**, handling cache instances with **Redis**, **deploying** the backend and the frontend, and handling **backups**, managing server resources... And in second place because I have deployed many **Open Source** projects in Virtual Private Servers: Chatwoot, Postal, GitLab and GitLab Runners, Strapi, and CapRover. And to finish, here are some other technologies I consider essential that I know: - **CPanel**, **mail server** and **DNS** management - **Amazon S3** and similar S3 providers like Backblaze - Implementing and managing **CDNs** like Cloudflare, Fastly and Bunny.net - **WordPress** - Programmatic **PDF** generation - **Mail template** generation with MJML - **DevOps** tools like Helm, Ansible, Terraform, Prometheus and Graphana - **Cassandra**, **Kafka** y **RabbitMQ** - **Security**, **encrypting**, and **hashing** algorithms To sum up: - I have a broad background in creating, maintaining, deploying, and scaling multidevice applications, web apps, and backends. - **Full-stack** development expertise in **React**, **Flutter**, and **NodeJS** with **Typescript**, with experience in **GraphQL, Python, Headless CMS, Prisma, PostgreSQL, and MongoDB** - **DevOps** experience with **Google Cloud**, **AWS**, **Virtual Private Servers**, **Docker**, and **Kubernetes** To finish, I will give you **eight words** that describe what I care about the most: - Design and user experience - Clean and reusable code - Security by design - Performant code and architecture - Moving fast from idea to production - Every deployment with an automated pipeline, testing, and reporting - Learning and applying new technologies with a strong community - Team efficiency

Depending on the stage and scale of your product and services, you may need to hire a Stripe developer, multiple engineers, or even a full remote developer team to help keep your business running. If you’re a startup or a company running a website, your product will likely grow out of its original skeletal structure. Hiring full-time remote Stripe developers can help keep your website up-to-date.

To attract top talent, it's also helpful to list other perks and benefits, such as flexible hours and health coverage.

Crafting a compelling job title is critical as it's the first thing that job seekers see. It should offer enough information to grab their attention and include details on the seniority level, type, and area or sub-field of the position.

Your company description should succinctly outline what makes your company unique to compete with other potential employers. The role summary for your remote Stripe developer should be concise and read like an elevator pitch for the position, while the duties and responsibilities should be outlined using bullet points that cover daily activities, tech stacks, tools, and processes used.
