Since I started my career as a programmer in 2001, my programming skills are based on a strong foundation of higher-order thinking, algorithmic and computational logic, and experience working with languages such as JavaScript, PHP, Java, SQL, and others. Starting in 2005, I focused on web programming, using development tools like HTML, CSS, and JavaScript for the front-end, and PHP and MySQL for the back-end. These skills landed me my first job as a programmer at the Technological University of Panama. Later, I worked for Banco General de Panamá as a database specialist, where I reviewed SQL codes before they were deployed in the bank's production systems. I also worked for the digital advertising company Creative Asylum as a WordPress specialist, thanks to my prior knowledge of HTML, CSS, and PHP. However, I resigned from that position when I was offered a scholarship to study for my master's degree at Huazhong University of Science and Technology in China. During my master's degree, I continued to hone my skills in web page projects and JavaScript. In 2016, I became a professor at the Hunan University of Arts and Science, where I taught HTML, CSS, and JavaScript. Subsequently, I worked on JavaScript projects for Matthews English International Education. From 2018 to January 2023, I taught courses related to HTML, CSS, Java, SQL, and JavaScript for web development, as well as Kotlin for mobile app development.
