This helps him have a clear mind and experience to manage the company in the best possible way. Today he still has his feet in development by working on some client projects, and mostly mentoring and coaching younger colleagues. Besides the regular workday, tries to be involved in technical communities as much as time permits, gives presentations on various IT events, and was previously hosting user groups meetings and events for which he was also named Microsoft ASP.NET MVP for 4 years.
