Vetted ESP developer in Spain (UTC+2)
I'm an experienced web developer, working nowadays as frontend developer building apps mainly with React and Redux. I started my career as full stack developer mostly based on Java language (Struts, Spring, JSFs, JSPs, Hibernate ...) but with a lot of experience in the web foundations ( HTML5, CSS3, Javascript) as well as in frameworks and libraries like jQuery, AngularJs or React. I worked also with the Node.js and Express in the backend, and experience with NoSQL and SQL databases. I'm ready to take any responsibility in the development stack as software engineer, but I'm interested to go a step ahead in the user interface (UI) development and the improving of the final user experience (UX). Aligned with this, currently I'm working in a frontend developer position working with React. I would like to continue my career in the frontend development path. Is essential for me to learn new things every day, it is a way to keep me motivated and creative in my job. You can check my github profile [https://github.com/jmtalarn](https://github.com/jmtalarn) for some projects I did for showing purposes and also my own blog which I built with Gatsby [https://blog.jmtalarn.com](https://blog.jmtalarn.com/).
Vetted ESP developer in the United States (UTC-6)
I'm mostly self-taught, I've been writing code for nearly 44 years since my first computer was a Timex-Sinclair ZX81 (kit) and you couldn't just download programs back then because there was no public internet. I started making shareware programs available and distributed on BBSes back in the 1990's, and I have active open source projects on GitHub. I have experience with BASIC, x86 assembly, Pascal, Delphi, C/C++, PHP, Python, Javascript, Bash shell scripts, VBscript and Powershell. I've been using PHP for 25 years, I started when version 3 was the latest thing. I use PHP for web apps (with or without Laravel) and Wordpress plugins. Not calling myself a "website designer", I'm a Wordpress and web app developer, they actually are two totally different things. Developers extend the functionality of a website and/or build websites under the direction of a planner/designer and art director. I'm really big on automation projects and trying to get the most out of the weakest device with extremely compact and efficient code. Raspberry Pi, Arduino, and ESP32 devices are my favorite playgrounds for these projects. Coupled with a strong electronics background, I haven't found too many things that I can't figure out how to automate. Beyond that, I'm a horticulture nut and big into aquaponics & hydroponics. I'm also an inventor. I can honestly say that I invented the world's first 3D printed grow tower for aquaponics & hydroponics, and the world's first open source add-on smart still controller for micro-distilleries and people who do home distillation. I also designed and built the open source climate control and automation system that runs a commercial size greenhouse in my backyard.

If you’re looking to hire the best remote ESP developers, consider niche platforms like Arc that naturally attract and carefully vet their ESP developers for hire. This way, you’ll save time and related hiring costs by only interviewing the most suitable remote ESP developers.
Some factors to consider when you hire ESP developers include the platform’s specialty, developer’s geographical location, and the service’s customer support. Depending on your hiring budget, you may also want to compare the pricing and fee structure.
Make sure to list out all of the important factors when you compare and decide on which remote developer job board and platform to use to find ESP developers for hire.
Writing a good ESP developer job description is crucial in helping you hire ESP developers that your company needs. A job description’s key elements include a clear job title, a brief company overview, a summary of the role, the required duties and responsibilities, and necessary and preferred experience. To attract top talent, it's also helpful to list other perks and benefits, such as flexible hours and health coverage.
Crafting a compelling job title is critical as it's the first thing that job seekers see. It should offer enough information to grab their attention and include details on the seniority level, type, and area or sub-field of the position.
Your company description should succinctly outline what makes your company unique to compete with other potential employers. The role summary for your remote ESP developer should be concise and read like an elevator pitch for the position, while the duties and responsibilities should be outlined using bullet points that cover daily activities, tech stacks, tools, and processes used.

Effective communication is essential for coordinating with clients and team members, while problem-solving skills enable ESP developers to analyze issues and come up with effective solutions. Time management skills are important to ensure projects are completed on schedule, while attention to detail helps to catch and correct issues before they become bigger problems. Finally, adaptability is crucial for ESP developers to keep up with evolving technology and requirements.
