Front end developer with 9+ years of exp.
UX/UI designer with 3+ years of exp.

 English: Proficient (C1)
 Spanish: Native

Hi! I’m from Buenos Aires, Argentina, my name is Tomas and I'm a dev with 9+ years of experience in the industry. I'm a developer (9+ exp) and a designer (3+ exp). I like to work mainly as a bridge between design area and dev area focusing in UX/UI and translating to code. Here is a description of my daily basis working as a developer: For developing in my daily basis I start with a review of the tasks with a lead or the team (or on my own depending on each team and methodology), find in these tasks if there's something that I need to talk with some other area or ask about (questions or doubt). After this then I estimate tasks and select (or my lead selects the package of tasks) for the sprint. Once I start coding and finish my task I always keep documented in the task (trello or jira ticket) with screenshots and video recordings of the happy path functionality to help the QA to test it or to simply describe the stage of the feature. When I push my code and open a pull request usually another team mate review my code (as I also review other team mates PRs), if everything is ok then I always keep track of my task by taking ownership (verify if it's ok on dev environment and production environment, whole process and life during different stages or columns in jira/trello). I hope this gives you a a quick picture of my profile

My aspiration is to lead a frontend team and teach others what I know.

**Full Stack Developer** and **UX/UI Designer** with over **6 years of experience working** in multidisciplinary teams. I have **completed more than 20 projects** with their goals achieved. I am passionate about being a self-taught and resourceful person without forgetting that the reward is in the details. 🔧 **Mindset** * Self-taught and resourceful * Pragmatic trade-off of priorities * Solid task organization * Care for Core Web Vitals * Accessibility matters a lot * Application of SOLID principles * Optimization is key * Sense of design with a focus on the user * Strong attention to detail * Constant technological research and innovation 🚀 **Where I come from and where I want to go** Although in recent years I have focused more on web development, I have extensive experience in visual communication, including a bachelor's degree in graphic design. I am always looking for opportunities that allow me to grow even more with challenges different from those I have already overcome. 💡 **Expertise** I am 31 years old and throughout my years of work, I have faced situations that have shaped my expertise. I have been involved in projects where I can highlight tasks such as: creating a shopping cart, leading technological innovation in the team, urgently recovering a compromised website, and attending to and understanding the needs of the client.
