Few years ago, during my university time, I began developing a machine and deep learning library for Roblox platform, programmed in Lua. It had over 35.0k views and 220 likes in Roblox's Developer's forum. The library had been used by senior game developers, university students and machine learning hobbyists. It contains more than 35 models, including reinforcement learning neural networks, generative adversarial networks and many more! It is a first fully comprehensive machine and deep learning library for Roblox platform as well as Lua programming language. (Torch is only a deep learning library and is not fully written in pure Lua.) I also had developed a Roblox game named "Terrae Uprising: Pre-Mana". The game had undergone multiple iterations prior to public release. Multiple improvements were made by taking in the players' feedbacks. In this game, I also had implemented product sales prediction system using "DataPredict" Library. I also have experimented with many programming languages especially Lua, Python and Java. Prior and during the IGCSE education, I had lived in Oman which was in Middle East. I was exposed to various novel experiences and cultures overseas. This resulted in me not having a typical Malaysian mindset and tend to appreciate the diversities and inclusiveness of various cultures and religions.

I am a software engineer with 7 years of experience on the Roblox platform. I started developing games in 2016 and I specialize in programming, however I consider myself a **jack-of-all-trades**. I've contributed to many popular Roblox games as part of both small and large teams. I care a lot about polishing my work to make it stand out, user friendly and fun for everyone. As a person I am always learning new things and improving myself as a part of my personal growth journey. I am excited to be in a team where we can grow together, learn from each other and support each other.

Greetings! So generally, the games I've been working on are available in this group: [https://www.roblox.com/groups/5747787/Sand-Shark-Games#!/about](https://www.roblox.com/groups/5747787/Sand-Shark-Games#!/about) Back then, I was a part of the Fabryka Gier (Game Factory) team that was making games for Sand Shark Games. My biggest contributions are: Mega Mech Tycoon - 10.1M - Our biggest game and biggest success. I was responsible for map and base creation, fixing mechs so they work with the mech system we've all programmed (definitely the most complicated bunch of scripts we've ever created), and programming weapon types used by mechs. Later on, I maintained this game and added new features, such as new mechs, King of the Hill game mode, or a brand new game mode that was unlocked after completing building the base. That game took a long while, but it was well worth it, as it was the number 1 game on Roblox with Mech theme for a long while. Pet Shelter Tycoon - 4.5M - The last game we've created. I was assigned to work on it solo, so nearly anything that was done there- was my job. Of course, I can't take full credit, as I used mechanics that we all created from previous games. For bigger things done there, I was the one who made the NPC and pet system, in which pets were moving from station to station. Despite not being updated for over a year, it still has its own dedicated group of players. Get Big - 4.5M - Our first bigger success, which reached over a million visits. I was responsible for map creation, scripting obstacles on the map, and later on, maintaining the game by addressing the gameplay issues, adding new maps and features. Monster Simulator - 4.0M - That was the game where my skills both as a game developer and designer were put to the test. My main contribution was planning the map, building breakable props, and helping with making a weapon system. Despite its age, it still has its own active group of players. Legends Tycoon - 1.1M - Our first attempt at creating a Tycoon game. I made tycoon mechanics for this game and was responsible for dividing the map we've all created for our other game, LegendsRP (which is not available at the moment) to repurpose it for the Tycoon setting. Additionally, I was put in charge of map expansions, like Dojo and Ruined Fortress places. Other than that, I made Mounts and a Raid system. Despite having not that many visits compared to other games, it was fairly profitable via our smart monetization tactics.

At times, you may even need to revamp your website or app. This is where hiring a developer becomes crucial.

Depending on the stage and scale of your product and services, you may need to hire a Roblox Studio developer, multiple developers, or even a full remote developer team to help keep your business running. If you’re a startup or a company running a website, your product will likely grow out of its original skeletal structure. Hiring full-time remote Roblox Studio developers can help keep your website up-to-date.

If you’re looking to hire the best remote Roblox Studio developers, consider niche platforms like Arc that naturally attract and carefully vet their Roblox Studio developers for hire. This way, you’ll save time and related hiring costs by only interviewing the most suitable remote Roblox Studio developer candidates.

Some factors to consider when you hire Roblox Studio developers include the platform’s specialty, developer’s geographical location, and the service’s customer support. Depending on your hiring budget, you may also want to compare the pricing and fee structure.

Make sure to list out all of the important factors when you compare and decide on which remote developer job board and platform to use to find Roblox Studio developers for hire.

How do I write a Roblox Studio developer job description?

Writing a good Roblox Studio developer job description is crucial in helping you hire Roblox Studio programmers that your company needs. A job description’s key elements include a clear job title, a brief company overview, a summary of the role, the required duties and responsibilities, and necessary and preferred experience. To attract top talent, it's also helpful to list other perks and benefits, such as flexible hours and health coverage.

Crafting a compelling job title is critical as it's the first thing that job seekers see. It should offer enough information to grab their attention and include details on the seniority level, type, and area or sub-field of the position.

Your company description should succinctly outline what makes your company unique to compete with other potential employers. The role summary for your remote Roblox Studio developer should be concise and read like an elevator pitch for the position, while the duties and responsibilities should be outlined using bullet points that cover daily activities, tech stacks, tools, and processes used.
