Built in 1981, I've been a developer for the past 15+ years. I started out as a webdeveloper at a large Dutch bank but got into native (iOS) development as soon as the first iPhone 3G landed in The Netherlands. After that I started gaining experience and specialist as a cross-platform mobile developer in both hybrid- (Cordova and Ionic Framework) and native (Xamarin) platforms. After this, I gained interest in (app/web) product development and started a job as Tech Lead as a startup to learn the ropes on this hands-on.

I am an experienced JavaScript and TypeScript developer who focuses on both frontend and backend. I have experience with frontend frameworks like Angular, React and Vue and backend experience with Node.js. I'm particularly interested in modern Web APIs and prefer to work with Vanilla JavaScript and native Web Components.
