About the role

We are looking for a talented and visionary UX/UI Designer with product design experience to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be a creative thinker with a strong understanding of user-centered design principles, adept at translating complex ideas into elegant, user-friendly interfaces. You will play a key role in driving innovation and ensuring our products meet the latest design trends and industry standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Product Managers, Developers, and Marketing) to design user-centered digital products.
• Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs for web and mobile applications.
• Conduct user research, usability testing, and competitor analysis to inform design decisions.
• Stay updated on the latest trends, tools, and innovations in UX/UI and product design.
• Develop and maintain design systems and ensure consistency across products.
• Present design concepts and iterate based on stakeholder feedback.
• Optimize designs for maximum performance, usability, and accessibility.
• Mentor junior designers and contribute to fostering a culture of design excellence.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in UX/UI design, with a strong portfolio showcasing web and mobile projects.
• Expertise in user-centered design principles and proficiency with design tools such as Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD.
• Experience with product design and a proven track record of creating elegant, functional interfaces.
• Knowledge of AI-driven design trends and emerging technologies.
• Strong skills in user research, prototyping, and usability testing.
• Excellent communication skills in English, with the ability to present ideas and solutions effectively.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Skills

• Familiarity with designing for the food tech industry or similar domains.
• Experience with APAC time zones for collaboration.
• Understanding of HTML/CSS or working with developers to ensure design fidelity.
