UIUX Designer(Remote)

HireOn is a global hiring platform connecting top-tier software talent in Vietnam with fast-growing startups in Korea.

We are currently looking for a UI/UX Designer to join us in building the MVP of our SaaS-based platform.

Key Responsibilities

• Design user flows, wireframes, and high-fidelity mockups for web and mobile interfaces
• Take initiative in planning UX and designing interfaces, even in the absence of detailed specifications
• Collaborate closely with developers to ensure accurate implementation
• Conduct user feedback sessions and usability tests to improve product quality
• Establish and maintain a consistent design system
• Communicate effectively in English

Required Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in UI/UX design or a strong portfolio that demonstrates equivalent skill
• Ability to work independently and guide product direction through discussions and intuition
• Proficiency in Figma
• Solid understanding of responsive design, UX principles, and accessibility
• Strong ownership mindset and proactive communication in remote environments

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience designing MVPs or early-stage startup products
• Familiarity with handing off design to component-based frameworks like React
• Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS is a plus

Employment Details

• Salary: $800 ~ $1200 per month (negotiable based on experience)
