Role Description

This is an unpaid volunteer remote role ( few hours a week - flexible timings ) for a User Experience Designer - UI at The Tann Mann Foundation. The role involves tasks related to design thinking, user research, visual design (UI), user experience (UX) and prototyping to support the organization's fundraising missions. This candidate will be responsible for building a clean and effective user experience for the fundraising project of the organisation. By working cross-functionally, this candidate will understand needs from the product management, engineering, and business stakeholders and will be able to build solutions that fit those needs.

Responsibilities
Ensure that established design standards are consistently and appropriately applied within design work
Engage with product management, engineering, business stakeholders, and third-party vendors to understand project
Develop and present documentation, user flows, annotated wireframes, and interactive prototypes
Leverage user testing make product improvements.

Qualifications

Design Thinking and User Research skills
Visual Design (UI) and User Experience (UX) skills
Prototyping skills
Passion for social causes and community impact
Excellent communication and collaboration abilities
Experience in mobile app design is a plus
Knowledge of Figma or other design tools
Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Human Computer Interaction (HCI), Design, or a related field of study
Experience in design
Proficient in visual design (UI) and wireframing tools.
This is an unpaid engagement.
There is no salary or stipend but rewards may be given to those who outperform.
