About the Role
We’re building a design-forward eCommerce platform that reimagines how senior living communities source FF&E — part article.com, part Restoration Hardware, but smarter and more human.
You’ll be the lead product designer for our core digital experience: eCommerce, client portal, and an intelligent FF&E quoting engine. It’s a clean slate. You’ll shape the UX, UI systems, and visual polish from the ground up - mobile-first, with real design sophistication.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Designing full responsive UI in Figma, directly in our shared workspace
- Creating a clean, scalable component system (design once, use everywhere)
- Collaborating with founders + devs via Slack (daily async reviews, open Figma feedback)
- Working with partial wireframes + content, and adding UX flow where needed
- Delivering 2+ screens/week at high fidelity
- Leading visual polish - every pixel matters
- Full-time, 12-week sprint, with likely future work (no fluff)
Who You Are
- Strong portfolio across mobile eCommerce and digital product UI
- 4+ years design experience, including style-first or premium brands
- Obsessed with spacing, rhythm, and atomic consistency
- Fluent in Figma: components, auto-layout, naming, structure, figma to code
- Comfortable with remote-first, async workflows
- Based in Europe only (for overlap with our strategy + dev teams)
Please Don’t Apply If:
- You tweak WordPress themes and call it UI design
- You can’t show true product design work in Figma
- You’re an agency, firm, or outsourced team
- You need lots of structure - this is a fast-moving, founder-led project
Project Details
- Remote, EU-based
- Full-time contract (40 hrs/wk) for ~12 weeks
- Start: ASAP
- Future work possible (lite retainer, brand refreshes, etc.)
How to Apply

- eCommerce or transactional UI (mobile required)
- Your component system or design language thinking
- Polished spacing, layout discipline, and type hierarchy
- Bonus: FF&E, furniture, editorial, or interior design-adjacent work
