UX/UI Designer (SaaS Website Optimization)

Location: Americas (US, Latin America, Canada)
Engagement: 20–30 hours/week for 4 weeks

About the Project

We’re a SaaS startup (~6 months old) seeking a skilled UX/UI Designer to help improve the usability and effectiveness of our website, specifically the signup flow, onboarding process, dashboard, and main service presentation. Your goal will be to refine user journeys and increase the number of users reaching the pricing page and taking desired actions.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct UX audits and propose solutions for signup, onboarding, and pricing flows
• Create user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs
• Collaborate with our CTO and development team (React-based stack)
• Implement designs if capable, or work closely with dev team to ensure smooth handoff
• Suggest and implement UI improvements where it enhances UX
• Ensure SEO-aligned UX (structured content, readability, minimal friction)
• Focus on conversion rate optimization and clarity of service presentation

Ideal Candidate

• 5+ years of experience in UX/UI design, preferably for SaaS products
• Strong portfolio showcasing UX thinking and results-driven design
• Skilled in designing user journeys that drive engagement and conversion
• Experience with design tools like Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, etc.
• Familiarity with React or implementation experience is a plus
• Detail-oriented with a long-term product vision
