At GBS Group, we are looking for a passionate and creative Community Manager to join our marketing team. If you love building online communities, have an eye for basic visual design, and enjoy engaging with people in the digital space, this opportunity is for you!
In this key role, you will be the voice and energy behind our social media presence for both
GBS Group and LLC Hub, managing community engagement and ensuring our brand's tone shines through. Your ability to create simple yet visually appealing graphics will be essential to our social content.

Key Responsibilities
- Community Engagement: Monitor and respond to comments, direct messages, and mentions across all social media platforms (LinkedIn, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Facebook) to foster engagement and grow our community.
- Basic Graphic Design: Create and produce visually appealing graphics (static images, carousels, stories) for our social media channels, ensuring brand consistency and visual quality using Canva.
- Content Scheduling: Efficiently organize and publish content using social media management tools.
- Digital Asset Organization: Maintain organized content folders and manage digital assets effectively.
- Performance Reporting: Generate monthly reports on content performance and engagement, providing insights to inform decision-making.
- Trend Research: Continuously research relevant trends, conversations, and opportunities within our industry to inform content strategy.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing team to optimize content performance and achieve company goals.
- Influencer Research: Assist in identifying and reaching out to influencers who align with our brands.
- Virtual Event Support: Help coordinate virtual events such as webinars and masterclasses.
Skills & Requirements
- Proven experience managing online communities and social media platforms.
- Demonstrated experience in basic social media graphic design with a portfolio showcasing your work.
- Familiarity with graphic design software (e.g., Canva, basic Adobe Creative Suite) and social media management/analytics tools (e.g., Meta Business Suite, Buffer, Hootsuite).
- Excellent Spanish writing skills, with strong grammar and the ability to adapt tone per platform.
- Advanced English (required): To manage and review bilingual content.
- Proactive, organized, detail-oriented, and strong in communication and collaboration.
Nice To Have -not Required-
- Video Scripting: Ability to write engaging scripts for short-form video content (e.g., Reels, TikToks, YouTube Shorts).
- Content Planning: Ability to develop monthly content calendars and campaign plans.
