Visual Design and Production Artist - (ZR_24682_JOB)

We’re looking for a Junior Graphic Designer / Production Artist who’s ready to jump in, take direction, push pixels, and learn a ton along the way. This isn’t a coffee-run kind of junior role. You’ll be making real work, every day, with a team that cares deeply about the details.

Job Highlights

Hourly Rate: The equivalent of $6.9 USD per hour in the applicant’s local currency

Schedule: Monday-Friday; 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM Denver time with 1 hour unpaid break

Work Arrangement: Work from home

Contract: Independent Contractor

Side Note: Since this is a permanent work-from-home position and the arrangement is that of an “Independent Contractor,” the selected candidates must have their own computer and internet connection. They will handle their own benefits and taxes. The professional fees are on hourly rates and the rate depends on your performance in the application process.

Responsibilities

• Building out full brand systems and seeing them through across web, social, and digital
• Turning wireframes into polished, high-fidelity mockups using Figma
• Following existing design systems and helping expand them with precision
• Communicating clearly, managing your time like a pro, and asking great questions
• Receiving feedback like a champ and iterating with speed and intention

Requirements

• 3–5 years of design experience with strong branding and digital work in your portfolio
• Mastery of Figma and Adobe Creative Suite
• Solid understanding of UX/UI, web design, and how good design actually works
• Clean typography, thoughtful layouts, and a sharp eye for the small stuff
• Someone who’s dependable, open-minded, collaborative, and genuinely loves design

Bonus if you

• Know your way around Webflow or basic code
• Can whip up animations or edit videos
• Have worked with purpose-driven brands
