Graphic Designer

Breakout Learning, an innovative edtech startup, is seeking a versatile and experienced Graphic Designer to join our growing team. This is a full-time opportunity offering $75K/year with room to make a meaningful impact.

We’re looking for a creative thinker with 5+ years of professional design experience, a positive, collaborative attitude, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.

What You’ll Do

• Design a wide range of marketing and product materials—from slide decks and social media graphics to UI mockups and web assets
• Balance working within established brand guidelines and templates with creating original, high-impact designs
• Occasionally contribute to software or website interface designs in collaboration with product and engineering teams
• Work cross-functionally with colleagues across all levels of the company, from marketing to leadership

What We’re Looking For

• Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and Figma
• Experience with Google Slides for decks and templates
• Comfort using AI tools such as Midjourney, ChatGPT, and Gemini as part of the creative process
• Strong visual communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to adapt designs across platforms and formats
• A team-oriented mindset and eagerness to contribute to a mission-driven startup
