About The Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented User Experience Designer to join our team remotely on a contract basis. In this role, you will be instrumental in designing seamless, user-centered interfaces for complex, data-heavy applications used in B2B communications and financial automation. Your primary focus will be on creating intuitive designs that enhance usability and facilitate workflow optimization across multiple projects. Collaborating closely with product managers, engineers, and stakeholders, you will ensure that your designs align with business objectives while delivering an exceptional user experience. The ideal candidate will possess a strong passion for crafting innovative solutions for data-driven tools and have a deep understanding of UX methodologies, data visualization, and workflow efficiency.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field
• Minimum of 3+ years of experience in UX design within SaaS or B2B software environments
• Proven experience in designing data visualization solutions and workflow-centric applications
• Proficiency with design tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, and Sketch
• Strong understanding of UX methodologies, usability testing, and user-centered design principles
• Experience with data visualization and creating solutions for complex workflows
• A portfolio demonstrating user-centered design solutions for complex, data-heavy applications

Responsibilities

• Create intuitive and engaging user interfaces for communication and workflow platforms using wireframes, flow diagrams, high-fidelity prototypes, and visual designs
• Conduct user research and usability testing to gather insights and inform iterative design improvements
• Design dashboards and reporting tools that effectively transform large datasets into clear, actionable insights
• Focus on workflow optimization by designing seamless, efficient experiences for complex financial and communication applications
• Collaborate closely with product managers, engineers, and stakeholders to ensure design coherence, brand consistency, and technical feasibility
• Maintain and manage design assets, documentation, and prototypes within project management tools like Trello or Asana
• Stay updated on industry trends and incorporate best practices into design processes
