DO YOUR LIFE'S BEST WORK WITH YOCTO 👇
_"I’ve grown more in 3 months here than I did in two years at my last job."
_We’re building the highest-leverage retention marketing team on the planet. We run Klaviyo, SMS, and Direct Mail for some of the fastest-growing wellness brands in eCommerce. We move fast. We own outcomes. We raise the bar—and we’re just getting started.
Now, we’re hiring a Lead Designer to set a new aesthetic + conversion benchmark for every client touch-point, across emails, ads, and on-page designs. You’ll partner directly with our Director of Client Services and sit at the creative core of the DTC ecosystem.
THIS ROLE IS NOT FOR EVERYONE.
You’ll thrive here if you:
→ Can turn a vague brief into a high-converting, on-brand designs by asking the right clarifying questions
→ Present design rationale internally and to C-level clients without sweating
→ Know email UX, dark-mode, mobile fallbacks, and why accessibility matters (proficiency/mastery of Figma is expected)
→ Care about click-throughs and revenue as much as aesthetics
→ Communicate clearly, kindly, and never drop the ball.
WHAT YOU'LL DO:
→ Own Creative Output: Deliver designs asset from concept → QA, keeping revisions low.
→ Develop the YOCTO Email Design System: Codify modules, color tokens, dark-mode variants, accessibility checks. Make it the team’s plug-and-play engine.
→ Present to Clients: Jump on key calls to explain decisions, gather feedback live, and defend design choices if/when needed.
→ Mentor & Scale: Coach other designers; enforce QA; document processes so others can run at your speed.
→ Lead Big Plays: Own one major design initiative per quarter (e.g., modular GIF library, or AI-assisted creative brief workflow).
WHAT WE OFFER:
→ Unlimited days-off policy
→ Competitive base + performance bonuses
→ Ownership of your domain, with zero micromanagement
→ Direct mentorship from the CEO
→ Budget for events, travel, tools, and your own growth
If you want to build the design muscle of an elite retention agency—and you’re ready to earn your place through outcomes, not titles—this is your shot.
