Lead Fullstack Engineer (Startup) - Perm - US

Role Overview:
We seek a Lead Full Stack Engineer to build our new website and gaming platform from the ground up. This is a hands-on coding role where you’ll define the tech stack, establish best practices, and ensure scalability, security, and performance. As we grow, you’ll have the opportunity to hire and lead an engineering team.

Key Responsibilities:
• Architect, develop, and deploy the front-end and back-end of our new platform.
• Implement user authentication, gaming mechanics, payment systems, and regulatory compliance measures.
• Integrate with third-party APIs and ensure secure, reliable transactions. • Manage cloud infrastructure, CI/CD pipelines, and DevOps workflows.
• Plan for scalability, load balancing, and performance optimization.
• Collaborate with the founding team to shape technical strategy and roadmap.
• Grow and mentor an engineering team as the company scales.
• Strong full-stack, hands-on experience and the ability to build new websites from scratch

Qualifications:
• Recent hands-on full-stack development experience, ideally launching products from scratch.
• Proficiency in modern front-end and back-end frameworks (e.g., Node.js, Python, React, Vue).
• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure), infrastructure as code, and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
• Strong understanding of security, encryption, fraud prevention, and regulatory compliance.
• Familiarity with integrating payment gateways and external APIs. • Entrepreneurial mindset, excellent problem-solving, and communication skills.
