Senior Full-Stack Software Engineer (C#/.NET + React)

Location: Remote (US-based) | PST Core Hours | Contract

About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Senior Full-Stack Engineer to help design and deliver scalable, customer-focused solutions. You will work on modernizing support experiences through Interactive Voice Response (IVR) and Visual IVR workflows, driving measurable improvements in efficiency and user satisfaction.

What You’ll Do

• Develop and maintain full-stack applications using C#/.NET and React.js
• Build intuitive, component-based user interfaces and integrate them with backend services
• Contribute to cloud deployment strategies and infrastructure optimization
• Collaborate with designers, product managers, and fellow engineers to deliver high-quality features
• Create clear technical documentation and participate in Agile ceremonies
• Optimize application performance and reduce operational costs

What You’ll Bring

• 8+ years of professional software development experience
• Expertise in C#/.NET backend services and React.js front-end development
• Strong skills in modern JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, CSS3
• Familiarity with Redux or similar state management
• Experience deploying apps to Azure, AWS, or other cloud platforms
• Solid understanding of SDLC processes and Agile methodologies
• Ability to communicate effectively in English and produce technical documentation
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent certification in a related field
• Must be available to work Pacific Time (PST) core hours
