Role Overview

We're looking for a talented Full-Stack Developer who can ship high-quality features and collaborate closely with our growing product and engineering teams.

You'll work across Next.js (App Router) and Hono.js applications to build modern web experiences, integrate cutting-edge AI features, and contribute directly to building real product value.

Most of our projects are greenfield, meaning there's no legacy code holding you back.

You'll have the opportunity to build innovative tools from scratch that directly impact how thousands of sales and marketing teams automate complex workflows.

This role is ideal for someone who values ownership, enjoys autonomy, and thrives on delivering meaningful, user-facing features from idea to production.

Responsibilities

- Build and ship full-stack features using Next.js (App Router) and Hono.js.

- Integrate AI SDKs to power multi-step, agentic workflows where autonomous agents process input, reason through tasks, and generate intelligent outputs.

- Collaborate closely with product designers and subject matter experts to bring UI/UX ideas to life using Tailwind CSS and shadcn/ui.

- Write clean, maintainable, and readable code that follows team conventions and best practices.

- Optimize performance across frontend and backend to ensure fast, seamless user experiences.

- Participate actively in code reviews, providing and receiving constructive feedback in a collaborative, high-trust environment.

- Occasionally assist with DevOps tasks, particularly around deployment, logs, or debugging on platforms like Vercel or Cloudflare.

Tasks Description

Your tasks will involve developing SaaS functionalities such as onboarding experiences, interactive data tables, detailed information pages, user and organization settings, and seamless integrations with external platforms like Instantly and Google Calendar.

Additionally, you'll build multi-step workflows powered by Large Language Models (LLMs) and create autonomous AI agents designed to replicate and automate complex tasks previously handled manually by sales and marketing professionals.

You'll play a key role in shaping the future of our flagship product, AI Clients, developing dashboards, workflow automation tools, and AI-powered features that empower our members to scale their businesses predictably and sustainably.
