Remote - Senior Full-Stack Engineer

We're looking for a full-stack developer who can ship quality features and collaborate with a new team.

You'll work across Next.js and Hono.js applications to build modern web experiences, integrate AI features and contribute to building real product value.

Most of our projects are greenfield, so there’s no legacy code holding you back.

This means you get to build cutting-edge tools from scratch that directly impact how thousands of sales and marketing teams automate complex workflows.

This role is ideal for someone who values ownership and enjoys working autonomously on meaningful, user-facing features from idea to production.

Responsibilities

• Build and ship full-stack features using Next.js (App Router) and Hono.js.
• Integrate AI SDK to power multi-step, agentic workflows where autonomous agents process input, reason through tasks and generate intelligent outputs.
• Collaborate with subject matter experts to bring UI/UX ideas to life with Tailwind and shadcn/ui.
• Write clean, maintainable code that follows team conventions.
• Optimize performance across frontend and backend to ensure fast user experiences.
• Participate in code reviews, giving and receiving feedback with a high-trust mindset.
• Occasionally assist with DevOps tasks, particularly around deployment, logs, or debugging on platforms like Vercel or Cloudflare.

Tasks Description

Your tasks will involve SaaS functionalities such as onboarding, data tables, details pages, organization/user settings and integrations with external platforms like Instantly or Google Calendar.

Additionally you'll develop multi-step workflows powered by LLMs and create autonomous AI agents designed to replicate and automate complex tasks previously handled by sales and marketing professionals.
