Remote / Expected Salary Range - Note: We're seeking engineers globally. The budgeted salary range is $110,000 - $140,000. If you have higher salary needs based on your location, please do not apply.

Note: We also have a Full Stack Software Engineer (Mid-Level) role available for professionals with at least < 3 years experience in React and PHP (Laravel). Please apply to the appropriate role based on your experience.

Your Impact

• Ship and scale features across our React + Laravel (PHP) + MySQL stack
• Architect AI-augmented software that simplifies feedback and testing
• Build tools that help improve AI products and models with human feedback
• Guide technical strategy and best practices
• Improve and refactor code, infrastructure, security, data, and tests

Day-to-Day

• Take Jira tickets from spec to deploy, front- to back-end
• Collaborate with product to build simple user experiences with powerful features and technology behind the scenes
• Confidently own tasks end-to-end from technical design to build, and when faced with a unique challenge, learn and research to deliver the right solution.
• Document, review, and mentor

You Bring

• 5 + yrs professional experience; 3 + yrs React & PHP (ideally Laravel)
• Strong HTML/CSS, component-driven design, SQL, micro-frontend experience
• Clear English communication and self-directed problem-solving
• Passion to build and grow the market-leading beta-testing platform
