Senior/Staff Software Engineer

About the role:

You’ll be responsible for building and launching category-defining products to automate and simplify the operations of waste haulers everywhere.

Responsibilities:

• Change haulers lives by building products and turning ambiguous product feedback into production solutions.
• Build full-stack applications from the frontend to backend to data models.
• Leverage AI agents to 10x your productivity.

Requirements:

• You are 100% all-in on AI transforming how products are build, and what products are built.
• We expect 60-80% of the code you write to be written by AI, and 40-50% of the design and architecture work you do to be done by AI. This means our bar for engineering output is 3-4x higher than pre-AI.
• 5+ years of experience as a software engineer building full-stack web applications.
• Typescript, React and Node.js expertise.
• You’re experienced with SQL databases and have superb data modeling skills.
• Full professional proficiency in English - you will report directly to our US-based CTO.
