Founding Full Stack Engineer (APAC, Remote, Full-Time)

As our Founding Full Stack Engineer, you’ll architect and build the platform that turns early traction into hypergrowth.

We’re already in-market with paying customers and strong demand for our SaaS. Now we’re looking for a founding engineer to turn early traction into a category-defining product.

🚀 Your Role

• Architect and build Visiblie’s SaaS platform: front-end interfaces and back-end systems
• Set technical direction, choose the stack, and establish engineering best practices as our first hire
• Own projects end-to-end: prototype, test, ship, and iterate fast
• Work closely with product and design to deliver intuitive, high-impact features
• Help shape the company from its earliest days—this is not just a job, it’s a co-creation

• Have deep expertise in Node.js, TypeScript, and React (modern front‑end and back‑end frameworks).
• Bring experience designing and scaling databases and APIs.
• Leverage tools like Cursor (or equivalents) to enhance productivity while keeping code concise, clear, and maintainable.

💰 Compensation: $2K–$4K/month + 1–3% equity

🔑 Trial period (2 months): $1K–$3K/month while we test drive working together. If we’re aligned, you’ll step into the full founding package — and we’ll retroactively pay you the difference for these two months.
