About the Role

As a Senior TypeScript/JavaScript Engineer, you will be at the forefront of implementing an advanced data exchange platform, working closely with teams across Customer Success, Product, and Engineering to deliver customized solutions. Your focus will be on designing, configuring, and deploying robust integrations that allow for smooth data onboarding and transformation in diverse client environments.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain tailored implementations of the AI-powered data exchange platform, ensuring seamless integration with customer workflows and systems.
• Build solutions using SDKs, APIs, and transformation hooks to address complex data onboarding challenges effectively.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues during implementation, ensuring accurate data mapping, validation, and transformation.
• Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code to support maintenance and further development by the engineering team.
• Conduct unit tests to ensure code quality and functionality.
• Collaborate with project teams to provide clear communication on readiness for testing and functionality expectations.

Required Skills & Experience

• 5+ years of experience in software engineering, solutions architecture, or technical implementation roles.
• Expertise in TypeScript and/or JavaScript, with a deep understanding of production-level development.
• Strong knowledge of APIs, data serialization formats (CSV, XML, JSON), and best practices for software integration.
• Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
• Proficiency in data transformation, validation processes, and handling structured data imports and exports.
• Exceptional problem-solving skills, with an ability to translate customer requirements into streamlined technical solutions.
• A proactive, startup-oriented mindset with adaptability, initiative, and a drive for process improvement.
