Full-Stack AI Engineer (TypeScript, React, Next) - Full-time - NA/LATAM

About the Role

Ribera AI is looking for an AI-native full-stack engineer to help us build and scale BrokerBot, our AI assistant for real estate professionals. You’ll be contributing across the stack—from front-end UI to AI agent integrations—with a strong focus on shipping high-quality code fast.

We’re looking for someone who thrives in a high-ownership environment, uses AI tooling to 10x productivity, and loves building clean, scalable systems.

What You’ll Work On

• Build agent-facing UI components using React, Next.js, and Vercel AI SDK
• Extend our AI assistant’s backend capabilities in Node.js and TypeScript
• Integrate with RAG pipelines and improve end-user response fidelity
• Use tools like Cursor, Windsurf, and GitHub Copilot to accelerate development
• Push production-ready PRs from day one and work closely with product leadership

Our Stack

• Monorepo: TypeScript across the stack
• Frontend: Next.js, React, Vercel
• Backend: Node.js, Vercel AI SDK
• AI: Custom document chunking, embeddings, metadata search
• Infra: GitHub Actions, Linear for tracking, Slack for async comms

Ideal Background

• 4–7 years of full-stack experience with heavy use of TypeScript
• Prior work with AI-enabled products (chat interfaces, RAG systems, etc.)
• Fluent with modern dev tools and fast deployment environments
• Familiar with embedding systems or AI agent frameworks (bonus)
• Startup DNA—bias for shipping, low ego, high curiosity
• Experience using AI as a teammate, not just a tool
