About The Role
We’re looking for a hands-on Web Developer to join our fast-growing Marketing team. You’ll be responsible for maintaining, optimizing, and enhancing our website, landing pages, and webforms to support lead generation, brand visibility, and client engagement. You’re someone who thrives at the intersection of marketing and technology—equally excited by clean code and clean UX.
This role is ideal for someone who loves bringing marketing campaigns to life on the web, is obsessed with performance and usability, and enjoys collaborating across teams to deliver high-impact web experiences.
What You'll Do
Ensure proper tracking, tagging, and performance monitoring using tools like Google Tag Manager, Google Search Console, and Google Analytics
Build and optimize web pages, landing pages, and campaign microsites that support lead generation and marketing campaigns.
Leverage tools such as Unbounce to build and deploy landing pages
Full-stack development experience with frontend frameworks (React, Vue) and backend technologies (e.g., Node.js, PHP, C#), enabling seamless end-to-end web solutions and third-party integrations
Manage and improve marketing-related webforms to maximize conversions and ensure seamless data flow; integrate forms into the relevant portions of the website and other channels
Maintain and update the company website to ensure it’s secure, fast & responsive, and performing at its best
Collaborate with designers, content creators, and marketers to implement digital assets and ensure brand consistency
Integrate the website with marketing and sales tools (e.g., Salesforce, etc.)
Troubleshoot bugs, address technical issues, and continuously seek opportunities to improve UX and site performance
Stay current on web development best practices, SEO, and marketing technologies
Develop and implement experiments to improve conversion on the site
Qualifications
2-5 years of experience as a Web Developer, preferably in a marketing or digital agency environment
Technical Skills:
Proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript
Experience with CMS platforms (WordPress, Webflow, Drupal, etc.)
Familiarity with Jotform and other webform tools
Knowledge of SEO best practices and web performance optimization
Familiarity with Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and marketing automation platforms
Comfortable working with APIs and integrating third-party tools
Strong eye for design and UX with attention to detail
Ability to work cross-functionally in a fast-paced environment
Experience with A/B testing tools, landing page builders, accessibility standards, or basic design skills (e.g., Figma, Adobe XD, Unbounce, Optimizely)
Excellent communication skills to present findings to non-technical stakeholders
Detail-oriented and proactive in identifying opportunities for optimization
