About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Senior Full Stack Developer who will lead the expansion of our mobile platform to the web. This role is ideal for someone with expertise in both iOS and web development, a passion for creating user-centered social experiences, and an interest in sports or community-based platforms. As the Senior Full Stack Developer, you’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive the technical direction, enhance user engagement, and bring new features to life on both mobile and web.

Responsibilities

• Platform Expansion: Lead the development and integration of web-based features to complement the existing iOS platform, ensuring seamless cross-platform functionality.
• Core Feature Development: Architect and implement key features, including user profiles, real-time court activity, and community interactions, for both web and mobile platforms.
• Technical Leadership: Set and maintain high coding standards, drive best practices for mobile and web development, and oversee the technical roadmap for cross-platform growth.
• User Engagement Optimization: Work with product and business teams to integrate user feedback, analyze engagement metrics, and continuously optimize the platform.
• Team Mentorship: Provide guidance to junior developers and interns, supporting a collaborative and learning-oriented environment.

Required Skills

• Full Stack Expertise: 5+ years in software development, with substantial experience in both iOS (Swift, Xcode) and web technologies (JavaScript, React, Node.js, or similar frameworks).
• Cross-Platform Development: Demonstrated ability to develop and integrate features across mobile and web platforms, with a focus on cohesive user experiences.
• Technical Problem Solving: Strong analytical skills and the ability to architect scalable, maintainable solutions for complex technical challenges.
• UI/UX Sensibility: Solid understanding of user-centered design principles, particularly in social media or community-based platforms.
• Collaboration and Communication: Excellent teamwork skills with experience in agile, cross-functional environments.
