Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable and high-performance backend applications using Python and Node.js.
• Integrate LangChain and LLM APIs to enhance product features and capabilities.
• Collaborate with frontend engineers to build efficient APIs and seamless integrations.
• Ensure application performance, security, and reliability.
• Mentor and guide junior backend developers, fostering a culture of growth and collaboration.
• Stay current with the latest backend technologies and industry trends.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field.
• 7+ years of experience in backend development, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
• Strong proficiency in Python and Node.js, FastAPI, LangChain, LiteLLM.
• Experience with RESTful APIs and microservices architecture.
• Familiarity with database technologies (e.g., PostgreSQL, MongoDB).
• Excellent problem-solving and debugging skills.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to lead and mentor a team effectively.

Additional Skills (Preferred):

• Experience with cloud services (e.g., AWS, Google Cloud).
• Knowledge of performance optimization techniques.
• Familiarity with containerization and orchestration tools (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes).
