Role Overview

We are seeking a talented Salesforce Developer to assess, optimize, and elevate our Salesforce setup. This role is critical in ensuring that our sales team operates with the most accurate, actionable insights to drive performance. Your efforts will help us achieve a seamless sales process, ensure data hygiene, and deliver top-tier reporting and visualizations.

Responsibilities

  • Assess and optimize our current Salesforce setup to enhance performance and efficiency.
  • Build and maintain advanced Salesforce dashboards to provide actionable insights.
  • Design and implement processes for data hygiene and pipeline visualization.
  • Collaborate with non-technical team members to translate business needs into functional Salesforce solutions.
  • Identify issues and provide practical, scalable solutions to improve sales operations.

Required Skills

  • 5+ years of experience as a Salesforce Developer or Administrator.
  • Proven experience building advanced Salesforce dashboards and reports.
  • Expertise in Salesforce tools and integrations, including Sales Cloud, Marketing Cloud, and Tableau CRM.
  • Strong understanding of sales funnel mechanics and priority metrics for tracking performance in services industries.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Strong project management skills and ability to work independently in a remote environment.

Nice to Have

  • Past experience working with services companies, such as consulting or marketing agencies.
  • Familiarity with the sales pipelines of consulting or marketing agencies.
  • Experience with other CRM and sales tools such as Hubspot or Monday.com.
  • Startup experience, comfortable working with a small and fast-paced team.
  • Certification in Salesforce Development or Administration.
