Founding Engineer/CTO (RAG, AI/ML) - Full Time - Overlap with PST

Printer.ai is developing an AI agent platform that helps bootstrapped entrepreneurs scale their expertise and streamline business operations.

Founded by Lucas Lee Tyson, a successful entrepreneur who built a $50M digital marketing agency and consulting company from his college dorm room, we're creating technology that allows subject matter experts to clone their knowledge, automate fulfillment, and enhance marketing strategies through AI.

The Opportunity

We're seeking a technically skilled CTO to lead the development of our AI platform designed to help entrepreneurs multiply their expertise and overcome common operational bottlenecks. You'll be joining at the ground floor of a vision-driven startup with pre-committed clients and strong market validation.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and develop the core AI technology stack, focusing on RAG models that can ingest and process diverse business data
• Build systems that can effectively "clone" an entrepreneur's expertise across their organization Create AI agents capable of taking autonomous actions beyond just answering questions
• Develop integrations with business tools and platforms to enable marketing automation Assemble and lead a development team as the company grows
• Collaborate closely with the founder to translate industry expertise into technical solutions

Requirements

• Strong background in AI/ML engineering, particularly with RAG models and natural language processing
• Experience building systems that can process multiple data types (text, voice, images)
• Proven ability to develop agentic AI systems that can take autonomous actions
• Knowledge of integrating AI with business tools and platforms
• Experience leading technical teams and managing development processes
• Passion for making advanced AI technology accessible to bootstrapped entrepreneurs
• Self-directed with excellent problem-solving abilities
