It consists of an unopinionated synchronization layer on which highly opinionated execution shards can seamlessly emerge and interoperate—addressing a key trade off builders have to make between sovereignty and interoperability.
As the Marketing Lead, you will be responsible for defining and executing our positioning and brand strategy to build awareness and adoption of a pioneering product category in global asset infrastructure. You will play a central role in crafting the narrative, identifying key market segments, and coordinating cross-functional teams to ensure our product and brand stand out in a crowded market. The ideal candidate has a strong background in product marketing, category creation, and growth marketing, with a proven track record in shaping disruptive brands.
Category Definition & PositioningDevelop and articulate a clear, differentiated value proposition for our new product category.
Craft compelling messaging and positioning that resonates with target audiences and key stakeholders.
Product-Centric Marketing StrategyLead product marketing initiatives, working closely with Product, Sales, and Business Development teams to gather insights on customer pain points and solution benefits.
Translate product features into clear, benefit-focused marketing materials (e.g., battle cards, pitch decks, product briefs).
Go-to-Market ExecutionCreate and execute multi-channel marketing plans (digital, content, events, influencer, etc.) that drive category awareness and product adoption.
Continuously measure, analyze, and optimize campaign performance, leveraging data-driven insights to refine strategies.
Brand Building & Thought LeadershipPosition the company as a thought leader in the emerging space of global asset infrastructure.
Develop and implement PR, content, and communication strategies that align with our brand vision and reinforce our category leadership.
Cross-functional CollaborationCollaborate with Product, Engineering, Sales, and external partners to ensure consistent messaging and seamless product launches.
Share market feedback and insights to inform product roadmap decisions and strategic direction.
Market & Competitive ResearchConduct ongoing market analyses to understand industry trends, customer needs, and competitor approaches.
Identify opportunities for differentiation and ensure that our product marketing strategies reflect the latest market intelligence.
Team Leadership & ManagementIn the future, build and manage a high-performing marketing team as the company scales.
Education & BackgroundBachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field (MBA or advanced degree preferred).
5+ years of experience in marketing roles with a focus on product marketing and/or category creation in a tech-driven environment.
Product Marketing ExpertiseProven track record of launching and growing new products or categories in competitive markets.
Ability to translate complex product features into clear, compelling stories that resonate with diverse audiences.
Strategic & Analytical MindsetExperience developing data-driven marketing strategies and measuring their impact.
