About the Role
This work extends beyond traditional campaigns and is ideal for someone who thrives at the intersection of brand integrity and marketing effectiveness. As a Senior Brand Marketing Manager, you'll be the strategic bridge between the hiring company's brand standards and business results, ensuring that the brand shows up consistently across above-the-line touchpoints. You'll shape how the brand evolves in the AI-powered marketing landscape while empowering teams across the organization to create assets that perform and protect the brand.
In this role, you'll:
Bridge Brand and Performance: Make strategic recommendations that drive greater alignment between upper-funnel brand campaigns and conversion-focused marketing to ensure a seamless customer journey. This includes activities like:
Drive Performance Creative Strategy: Develop strategy and provide creative direction for mid-funnel and direct response advertising that increases consideration and conversions (demos, signups, leads). This includes activities like:
Lead Brand Governance: Develop and implement brand governance processes to ensure consistent brand application across ATL touchpoints. This includes activities like:

Salary Range
92000-138000 USD Annually
Pay & Benefits
The cash compensation below includes base salary, on-target commission for employees in eligible roles, and annual bonus targets under the company’s bonus plan for eligible roles. In addition to cash compensation, some roles are eligible to participate in the company's equity plan to receive restricted stock units (RSUs). Some roles may also be eligible for overtime pay. Individual compensation packages are tailored to your skills, experience, qualifications, and other job-related reasons.
