Product Marketing Manager

Salary: $26.13 to $30.25 hourly

We are looking for a skilled Product Marketing Manager to join our team on a long-term contract basis in Brea, California. In this role, you will oversee product marketing initiatives for our portfolio, including crafting product positioning strategies, driving brand marketing efforts, and managing integrated marketing campaigns. This position offers an exciting opportunity to collaborate with cross-functional teams and make a tangible impact on brand visibility and market success.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement product positioning and messaging strategies to effectively communicate value propositions.
• Lead product launch initiatives, ensuring successful entry into the market.
• Create engaging content for marketing materials such as brochures, datasheets, and case studies.
• Write clear and impactful website copy to highlight product benefits and capabilities.
• Track and analyze marketing performance metrics to optimize strategies.
• Collaborate with product management to align marketing plans with the product roadmap.
• Partner with training teams to produce product-focused content that emphasizes unique selling points.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure consistency in brand messaging and marketing efforts.
• Oversee brand guidelines to maintain uniformity across all communications and marketing materials.
• Manage marketing projects from conception to completion, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality results.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
• Minimum of 4 years of experience in product marketing, preferably in technology or healthcare industries.
• Proficiency in product positioning, brand marketing, and integrated marketing strategies.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
• Analytical skills to evaluate marketing performance and inform decision-making.
• Ability to collaborate effectively in a dynamic, global team environment.
• Familiarity with tools and concepts such as Artificial Intelligence (AI), CRM systems, brand awareness, and campaign planning.
