The Solutions Marketing Manager sits at the intersection of product, sales, and marketing, ensuring that solutions are effectively communicated and sold and is a key player in ensuring cross departmental objectives are met. This position requires experience in ag markets and working with ag decision makers, brands, and vendors; experience working with digital and data products and services.
Essential Duties And Responsibilities

- Responsible for positioning, messaging, and driving demand for solutions that address customer pain points.
- Define and execute the GTM strategy for solutions, including target audience, messaging, and positioning.
- Serve as SME for front-line sales and support team to ensure they are equipped to sell the solution.
- Develop sales collateral, playbooks, and competitive battle cards to help sales teams effectively sell the solution.
- Create training sessions and workshops to ensure sales teams understand the value of the solution and how to communicate it.
- Conducted market research, analyzed industry trends, and gathered voice-of-the-customer (VoC) insights.
- Act as a bridge between product, sales, and marketing teams, ensuring alignment on strategy and execution.
- Collaborate with business, content and sales teams to influence roadmap decisions based on customer needs and market gaps.
- Work with marketing and sales leaders to create demand generation and customer acquisition strategies to hit revenue targets.
- Craft launch, rollout, and expansion strategies and plans to accelerate sales and market adoption.
Skills/Professional Experience
_These qualifications include, but are not limited to, the following:

- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
- 3+ years in a solutions marketing environment
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Strong attention to detail
- Consistent performance in meeting deadlines, self-management, and prioritization of projects that align with corporate objectives.
Work Authorization Requirements
Must have unrestricted work authorization to work in the United States.
