I was the first technical team member, so I personally built multiple systems for multiple products, hired and trained the team, devised product roadmaps, managed the team as a hands-on engineer, and executed the roadmaps. We ran a pretty lean team and built multiple products, mobile applications, AI models, client panels, and admin dashboards.
