UI/UX Designer for Financial & Payroll Platform - Full-time - Worldwide

Job Description:
We are hiring a talented UI/UX Designer to design an intuitive, user-friendly interface for our backend systems, tailored for our internal teams and client-facing features. This role requires experience in creating seamless workflows and interfaces for complex financial and payroll processes. The ideal candidate will collaborate closely with developers to ensure a cohesive user experience that enhances productivity and simplifies complex tasks.

Responsibilities:

Design responsive, intuitive interfaces for the backend system, including dashboards for payroll management, reporting, and account setup.
Create user flows, wireframes, and prototypes for the company’s administrative and client dashboards.
Collaborate with product managers and developers to gather requirements and refine the user experience.
Conduct user testing and iterate designs based on feedback to improve usability and functionality.
Ensure all designs align with ScreenPayroll’s brand identity and prioritize user experience.
Requirements:

Proven experience as a UI/UX Designer with a strong portfolio showcasing complex web and mobile applications.
Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or similar.
Strong understanding of user-centered design principles, especially in B2B or financial software applications.
Ability to work closely with developers to translate designs into functional interfaces.
Experience with user testing and applying feedback to create polished, user-friendly designs.
Preferred Qualifications:

Experience in designing financial, payroll, or B2B software platforms.
Familiarity with responsive and adaptive design principles for web and mobile.
Knowledge of front-end development concepts (HTML/CSS) to better communicate with development teams.
