Role Description

We’re seeking a remote volunteer Website Designer (UI/UX) to elevate M‑TREAT.com’s digital platform. You will:

• Design and iterate on web page layouts, navigation flows, and graphic elements.
• Create high‑fidelity prototypes and user‑testing assets in Figma.
• Ensure visual consistency and brand alignment across the site.
• Collaborate closely with front‑end developers to deliver responsive designs for all devices.
• Conduct usability reviews and recommend improvements to boost engagement and accessibility.

Important: This is a fully volunteer role. There is no compensation or stipend at this time.

What We’re Looking For

• Experience: 3+ years in Website Design or UI/UX
• Tools & Skills:
• Expert in Figma (wireframing, prototyping, component libraries)
• Strong understanding of responsive web design principles
• Familiarity with design systems and handoff workflows for developers
• Mindset:
• User‑centred approach with keen attention to detail
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• Passion for healthcare innovation and social impact
