About the Role

We're looking for a versatile and proactive full stack developer who can handle multiple concurrent software development tasks daily. We have sub-clients that require freelancing work for various types of projects.

This position involves handling multiple concurrent software development tasks daily. You'll leverage our proprietary development stack to deliver projects efficiently. Core responsibilities include development, debugging, and system integration work. You'll frequently inherit and maintain existing codebases. Client interaction may be required for requirement gathering. The environment is dynamic - expect to juggle up to 10 simultaneous projects. Versatility across programming languages and project types is essential. While our backend infrastructure supports task management, you must be self-driven and organized. Success is measured by consistent delivery of quality projects weekly.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, debug, and integrate systems using our proprietary development stack
• Frequent client interaction for requirement gathering
• Inherit and maintain existing codebases
• Manage up to 10 simultaneous projects in a dynamic environment
• Ensure the quality of code through regular code reviews and automated testing practices

Ideal Skills and Experience:

• Proficient in Python, Java, JavaScript, and TypeScript
• Primarily experienced in backend systems development
• Strong client-facing skills for regular requirement gathering
• Self-driven and organized with a knack for juggling multiple tasks
• Previous experience maintaining existing codebases
• Proven ability to deliver quality projects consistently on a weekly basis.

The primary focus will be on back end development.
This project requires a full-time commitment for a long-term duration.
