The Opportunity:
We’re looking for an experienced and innovative Paid Media Manager who is excited about building brands from the ground up and driving real, measurable results. In this role, you will craft and execute paid media strategies that push boundaries and align with our clients’ bold growth objectives. You’ll dig deep into data to uncover optimisation and scaling opportunities, report on campaign performance, and work closely with the team to create a seamless integration between paid and organic efforts.
You will lead paid media strategy across all campaigns, handle the day-to-day management and optimisation, ensure compliance with industry standards, and collaborate closely with account managers to deliver outstanding client experiences.
Key Responsibilities:
Paid Media Strategy Development: Create and implement effective paid media strategies from scratch across platforms like Meta, Google, YouTube, TikTok, and others to drive client growth.
Campaign Management: Oversee the daily setup, optimisation, and scaling of campaigns, using data insights to make informed decisions and drive performance.
Budget Management: Effectively manage media budgets (£50k+ per month) to maximise ROI, providing clear and actionable financial performance reports.
Ad Compliance Management: Ensure all campaigns meet industry regulations, particularly in the finance sector, to maintain smooth and compliant operations.
Data Analysis & Reporting: Analyze campaign data to provide strategic insights, guide optimisations, and keep clients fully informed with transparent, results-focused reporting.
Team Collaboration: Work closely with creative, account management, and client success teams to align strategies and maximise the impact of both paid and organic campaigns.
Market Research: Stay current with industry trends, best practices, and emerging platforms in paid media. Conduct competitive analysis to identify opportunities and threats in the market.
What We're Looking For:
3+ years of experience managing paid media campaigns on Meta platforms (experience with Google, YouTube, and TikTok is a plus).
Proven track record of managing successful paid media campaigns across various platforms.
Demonstrated ability to handle and optimise campaigns with significant budgets (£50k+ per month).
Experience in a fast-paced digital marketing agency; familiarity with finance clients is highly advantageous.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, track KPIs, and deliver clear client reporting.
