We’re looking for someone with hands-on experience across Google Ads, Meta Ads, SEO, and social media, who’s excited to drive qualified leads, optimize campaigns, and collaborate with a global team. You’ll be the go-to expert in building and optimizing paid performance campaigns that move the needle.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and optimize high-performing Google Ads and Meta Ads campaigns end-to-end.
- Own lead generation goals – ensuring leads are qualified, trackable, and cost-efficient.
- Collaborate closely with sales and marketing to align on messaging, funnel strategy, and customer targeting.
- Apply SEO strategies to improve site authority, organic visibility, and backlink profiles without paid links.
- Improve Raveum’s organic reach using content, partnerships, and technical SEO best practices.
- Drive organic and paid social media strategies with measurable ROI.
- Lead ad creative testing, copywriting, A/B testing, and funnel optimization.
- Measure and report on campaign KPIs including CPL, ROAS, CTR, conversion rate, and more.
You Bring:
- 3–5 years of hands-on experience with Google Ads and Meta Ads (required).
- Strong understanding of performance marketing, lead generation funnels, and marketing attribution.
- Functional SEO knowledge – from content optimization to backlink building without paid tactics.
- Experience building authority via content marketing, outreach, and organic growth strategies.
- Familiarity with Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Meta Business tools, and ad platforms.
- A collaborative mindset with the ability to work independently in a remote setup.
- Strong analytical and reporting skills – you’re not just launching campaigns, you’re learning from them.

Compensation:
