Marketing Lead

Position Overview

We are looking for an ambitious, rising star marketer to join the Agile Partnering team as our Marketing Lead!

This is a full time, remote position designed to drive our lead generation and revenue growth.

Initially, this is an individual contributor role, but Founder is hoping for successful candidate to earn with great performance the right to quickly step up and into a leadership role.

Primary Mission of Marketing Lead

To drive massive revenue growth for Agile Partnering through multi-channel marketing execution. Build and amplify both the founder’s personal thought leadership brand and Agile Partnering's business brand, strategically positioning both in the marketplace to generate high-quality leads and referrals.

Key Responsibilities

• Marketing strategy and Project Management
• Collaborating with Founder on G2M strategy and campaign ideas
• Designing and managing the global marketing calendar
• Digital Marketing Execution
• Being relentlessly consistent in marketing execution
• Building and operating marketing automation tools
• Content creation and asset development (Founder will participate)
• Social media management and scheduling
• Outbound campaign management
• Website updates and improvements
• Event Coordination (Online and In person events)
• Sales and CRM Support
• Coordinate with founder and founder’s executive assistant to ensure follow up, accurate CRM reporting, and build automations where possible.
• Partnering with Industry Associations and Thought Leaders
• Coordinating with associations
• Managing sponsorship opportunities
• Outreach to podcasts, partners, and media opportunities on behalf of company founder
• Representing Agile at Industry Events
• Some travel will be required across USA and UK (London).  It’s hard to estimate how much, but probably 1-2 times per month, depending on the month.

Qualifications & Experience

• Track record of 4-8 years above average marketing success helping another small to mid sized company rapidly scale up.
• Preference for candidates with industry experience in recruiting, staffing, financial services, or software companies.
• Experience with CRMs and digital marketing
• Proficient with AI tools for marketing automation

Location & Compensation

• As noted above, this is an individual contributor role to start, but the successful candidate will likely have the opportunity to step up and into a leadership position as quickly as their performance allows.
• This is a remote position but preference for candidates living on East Coast of USA or in the London UK area
• Competitive salary based on experience and qualifications.  We are open to a variety of skill levels and compensation will be highly competitive relative to experience level
