We are looking for a Senior Specialist, Marketing to drive marketing strategies, plans and execution that support our growth objectives for our Home & Hospice Services business. This portfolio of offerings includes revenue cycle management services such as Coding and OASIS Review services, billing services, advanced clinical, financial, marketing, and executive analytics, and CAHPS Survey administration for measuring provider performance that meet regulatory requirements and provide actionable analytics and insights. The right candidate will be a resourceful leader who is fluent in all aspects of marketing from strategic planning to execution and lead gen, has experience working with SaaS business models and healthcare, and is passionate about driving measurable business results.

Responsibilities

  • Lead marketing strategy, planning and execution for our portfolio of services targeting new prospects and existing customers in the home health & hospice markets
  • Develop integrated marketing campaigns and programs to drive awareness, demand and leads to grow the services
  • Support the Sales team and the selling process with effective tools, collateral, PowerPoint presentations, competitive analysis, RFP support, as required for success
  • Work with product managers to develop value propositions, positioning, messaging and proof points for new offers
  • Work with marketing partners in creative, digital, copywriting and project management to bring campaigns, programs and initiatives to market
  • Leverage, and in some cases lead, customer insights and segmentation, and market research to inform and validate marketing direction and/or messaging
  • Collaborate effectively with the Business leaders and cross functional teams to develop and execute the overall business strategy
  • Establish annual and quarterly marketing metrics that ladder up to the business objectives and report out on these at the Monthly operations reviews
  • Work with external key market influencers (including national associations and others who may influence the buying decision of our prospects) to serve business objectives
  • Develop, in partnership with our content marketing team, the content strategy and content to support demand generation and content marketing campaigns
  • Engage with outside vendors and agencies, as needed, for expertise and additional bandwidth as required to meet business needs

Qualifications and experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications or a relevant discipline, MBA preferred; Equivalent combination of education and experience will be considered
  • 5+ years of B2B marketing experience, SaaS preferred
  • Previous experience with Revenue Cycle Management
  • Experience in healthcare industry preferred
  • Experience and comfortable working across all aspects of marketing: future products, current business, marketing communications, branding, positioning and messaging, and downstream demand / lead generation
  • High energy and passion for marketing and driving business growth coupled with a proven track record that demonstrates positive results
  • Outstanding communication, teamwork, collaboration, and project management skills
  • Ability to use data and analytics to identify marketing opportunities, evaluate the effectiveness of marketing investments and lead gen programs and prepare executive briefings
  • Ability to communicate with and influence cross-functional teams without formal authority
  • Knowledge of CRM, Salesforce, GoToMeeting/Webinar, etc. Strong in Excel and PowerPoint
  • Must be available to travel up to 20% of the time

Individual pay decisions are based on a variety of factors, such as the candidate’s geographic work location, relevant qualifications, work experience, and skills.

At ResMed, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current base range for this position is: $113,000 - $125,000 USD.
