About the Role
The Manager of Performance Marketing (Social) will help to own strategy, execution, optimization, and reporting of paid social campaigns—focused primarily on Meta Ads and TikTok Ads. You’ll be charged with driving efficient new customer acquisition, scaling high-performing campaigns, and constantly testing to find the next pocket of growth. You’ll work cross-functionally with the marketing, creative, and ecommerce teams to align paid strategy with product launches, seasonal campaigns, and evergreen business goals.
This is a remote-eligible role, ideal for someone who lives and breathes performance marketing, loves experimenting with new creative and audience strategies, and thrives in a fast-paced, high-ownership environment.

We're expanding our in-house marketing team with a hands-on, data-savvy Manager of Performance Marketing (Social) to lead paid social acquisition across Meta, TikTok, and emerging platforms.
What You’ll Do
• Lead Paid Social Strategy: Manage day-to-day media planning, execution, and optimization for Meta and TikTok campaigns.
• Launch & Optimize Campaigns: Build and QA campaigns in-platform, proactively adjust budgets, creative, and audience targeting.
• Creative Collaboration: Partner with the creative team to brief ad concepts, review edits, and test performance.
• Testing & Experimentation: Develop and execute creative testing on a regular basis.
• Reporting & Insights: Use tools like Northbeam, Meta Ads Manager, TikTok Ads Manager, GA4, and Excel for reporting.
• Stay Ahead: Keep current with platform updates, formats, and creative trends.
• Cross-Functional Impact: Align campaigns with promotions, new products, and funnel goals.
What You’ll Bring
• 4–6 years of hands-on experience in performance marketing with focus on paid social (Meta and TikTok).
• Proven ability to hit CPA, ROAS, and new customer goals at scale.
• Strong experience with full-funnel, direct-response campaigns.
• TikTok Shop experience is a big plus.
• High proficiency in Meta, TikTok platforms and Excel/Sheets.
• Familiarity with creative briefing and testing methodologies.
• Comfortable in fast-paced environments and managing multiple priorities.
• Exposure to Shopify, GA4, and conversion APIs (CAPI).
Nice to Haves
• Experience with Northbeam, Triple Whale, or similar tools.
• Knowledge of Amazon Ads or Google Ads is a bonus.
• Experience in CPG, especially food & beverage or seasonal retail.
• Interest in grilling, BBQ culture, hunting, or outdoor lifestyle content.

Reports to: Director of Ecommerce
Compensation: $72,000–$85,000, depending on experience
