Zdigitizing LLC is seeking a skilled and results-driven Marketing Supervisor to lead and optimize our digital marketing efforts. The ideal candidate will supervise the marketing team, evaluate staff performance, and implement strategic campaigns focused on driving traffic, generating leads, and boosting sales, especially through LinkedIn and Instantly.ai.

Responsibilities:

Supervise and manage the marketing team’s day-to-day activities

Plan, execute, and optimize marketing campaigns with a strong focus on LinkedIn

Use Instantly.ai and other email marketing tools to drive B2B lead generation

Develop and implement strategies to increase online engagement and conversions

Analyze campaign performance and adjust tactics for continuous improvement

Collaborate with sales and development teams to ensure aligned business objectives

Stay current with digital marketing trends, tools, and best practices

Requirements:

Proven experience in Marketing on LinkedIn and team supervision

Strong expertise in LinkedIn outreach and Instantly.ai mandatory

Proficiency with email marketing platforms like Mailchimp, Sendinblue, or ACTIVE Campaign

Good understanding of SEO, PPC, and digital marketing analytics

Strong communication, leadership, and strategic planning skills
