We're hiring: Lead Generation & Marketing Associate
๐ Remote (US-based preferred) | ๐ Part-Time
The role: Support pipeline growth for our Quorum1 Professional Services through research, outreach, and content creation. You'll identify potential clients across our specialized Lines of Businessโfrom Salesforce & Business Systems to AI Engineering, DevOps, and Org Designโwhile helping tell our story through social media and marketing.
What you'll be doing:
๐น Research and identify prospects through LinkedIn & online platforms
๐น Execute outreach campaigns via LinkedIn and email to introduce our services
๐น Follow up on inbound leads with timely, professional communication
๐น Create and schedule engaging content for LinkedIn and other channels
๐น Support marketing efforts by promoting client success stories
๐น Maintain CRM data and gather insights from prospect research
You bring:
โ 3+ years in lead generation, sales development, and marketing
โ Strong written communication and copywriting skills
โ Familiarity with LinkedIn, HubSpot (or similar CRM), and marketing tools
โ Self-motivated and comfortable working independently
โ A kind, professional, organized, creative mindset and strategic thinking abilities
Bonus points: Tech industry experience, Canva/Adobe skills, CRM/ERP industry knowledge, social media scheduling experience.
