A Mission-driven FinTech Client is seeking a Growth Marketing Specialist (Freelance, Remote) to lead B2C acquisition efforts aimed at individuals and families dealing with gambling-related challenges. This is a sole-marketer role within a lean team, requiring hands-on ownership of multi-channel marketing, including paid search, paid social, SEO, content strategy, and influencer outreach. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, experience across multiple channels, and a background or sensitivity to healthcare or behavioural health communications.

RESPONSIBILITIES
- Develop and execute multi-channel marketing strategies (e.g., Google Ads, Meta Ads, SEO, content marketing, and influencer outreach)
- Analyse and optimise campaign performance using data-driven insights and KPIs
- Create and manage content strategies tailored to behavioural health audiences
- Identify and test new acquisition channels to expand reach and engagement
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to refine messaging and audience targeting
- Monitor and improve conversion funnels across digital platforms
- Ensure all marketing materials align with the brand's voice and sensitivity around addiction counselling
Requirements
- Previous experience in growth marketing, ideally in a B2C context
- Proven success managing multiple digital channels (e.g., Google Ads, Facebook, SEO, email, influencer campaigns)
- Strong analytical skills—comfortable with A/B testing, attribution models, and reporting tools
- Familiarity with behavioural health or healthcare industries and ability to use appropriate vocabulary and tone
- Experience with sensitive, mission-driven messaging and audience empathy
- Highly autonomous, proactive, and reliable—able to operate independently within a lean team
- Willingness to work flexible hours aligned to US time zones
